Eligibility for Returns

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
